Founded somewhere between a pét-nat spill, a malfunctioning 303, and the third glass of Riesling, Alsace Acid Club is the unofficial after-hours society of the Route des Vins.
Built on living soils, native yeasts, extended grooves, and highly questionable decisions after midnight, the club specialises in natural wine, acidic basslines, and the kind of dancefloor chemistry that usually starts with “just one more glass.”
The house style is simple: Riesling for precision, Pinot Gris for texture, Gewurztraminer for trouble, and Crémant when someone finds the aux cable.
